I.    The candidate should meet the following conditions: 
 have a doctoral degree in medical sciences in the field of medicine,
 have a professional title of Master of Nursing,   
 have the right to practice as a nurse in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
 have a postgraduate degree in "Organization and Management in Health Care,
 have a specialization in geriatric nursing,
 have at least 10 years of work experience as an academic teacher,
 have teaching experience in the following subjects: management in nursing, management in midwifery, 
 have significant academic or teaching achievements,
 have a passion for teaching, availability, creativity, conscientiousness, teamwork and organizational skills.

II.    The application for the competition should include:     
 application addressed to the Rector of Zamosc Academy,
 document confirming possession of a doctoral degree,
 documents confirming the completion of studies, postgraduate studies, courses, training, etc..,
 documented experience in teaching, 
 list of major scientific or teaching achievements,
 other documents confirming qualifications and skills needed for the position covered by the competition,
 personal questionnaire of the applicant for employment: sample attached,

 statement in accordance with Article 113 of the Law of July 20, 2018. Law

Selection process

V.    Deadline and place for submission of documents:
The documents should be submitted to the headquarters of Zamosc Academy, 2 Pereca Street, 22-400 Zamosc, by February 12, 2024 (the date of receipt at the University is decisive). The envelope should be marked with the annotation , "Competition No. 1 for the position of assistant professor in the group of research and teaching staff at the Institute of Nursing and Midwifery".  The competition will be resolved by February 17, 2024.
Incomplete applications, those that do not meet the formal conditions and those submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Zamosc Academy reserves the right to invite the selected candidate(s) for an interview. It is reserved the right to cancel the competition proceedings without giving any reason.

 acting on your request before concluding a contract - on the basis of Article 6.1.b RODO;
 the need to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the controller - on the basis of art.6.1.c RODO, in connection with: 
 Act of June 26, 1974 Labor Code,
 Act of July 20, 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science.
Provision of other data to the extent not specified by law will be treated as consent (pursuant to Article 6.1.a RODO) to the processing of personal data. Giving consent in this case is voluntary, and consent so given can be revoked at any time.  
Your personal data may be disclosed only to entities which are entitled to receive them by law. In addition, they may be disclosed to entities with which the administrator has entered into an agreement for the provision of maintenance services for the IT systems used in their processing, as well as to entities conducting postal or courier services for the purpose of delivering correspondence.
Information on the result of the competition is made available in the BIP on the websites of the universities http://bip.akademiazamojska.edu.pl/ and the Minister of Science and Higher Education.
Your personal data will be kept for the period necessary for the realization of this purpose of processing and for the time specified by law. The rules for archiving documents and the period of their retention are specified in the archival instructions and the uniform material list of files.
You have the right to:
 access to your data and to receive a copy of them,
 rectify (amend) your personal data,
 delete your personal data,
 limit the processing of your personal data.
In case the basis of processing is your consent (Article 6.1.a RODO), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
