Competition for the position of assistant professor in the research and teaching staff group at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Ship Technology in the Institute of Machine and Materials Technology.
TASKS/ ROLE
- conducting research in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology as well and production engineering, and documenting the current research in the form of articles in JCR-listed journals
- obtaining funding for scientific research
- conducting didactic classes in the field of Manufacturing Engineering, Material Removal Processes, Additive Manufacturing as well as Production Engineering, in Polish and English
- operating specialized research equipment
REQUIREMENTS
- PhD degree in mechanical engineering or related scientific field
- scientific achievements in the form of articles in journals from the JCR list (at least 4)
- participation in national and international conferences
- experience in preparing research grant proposals
- experience in laboratory work in the field of mechanical engineering or related scientific field
- good knowledge of English in writing and speaking (at least B2 level)
