Offer Description

We are looking for two candidates for the position of research and teaching assistant professor at the Institute of Machine and Materials Technology.

TASK/ROLE
-conducting research in the field of mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology as well and production engineering, and documenting the current research in the form of articles in JCR-listed journals
-obtaining funding for scientific research
-conducting didactic classes in the field of Manufacturing Engineering, Material Removal Processes, Additive Manufacturing as well as Production Engineering in Polish and English
-operating specialized research equipment

REQUIREMENTS
-Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering or related scientific field
-scientific achievements in the form of articles in journals from the JCR list (at least 4)
-participation in national and international conferences
-experience in preparing research grant proposals
-experience in laboratory work in the field of mechanical engineering or related scientific field
-good knowledge of English in writing and speaking (minimum B2 level)
