Offer Description

Candidates for Assistant Professor should have a PhD professional title in Computer Science / Informatics or related field. The employment at the offered position is the full-time work or negotiable. The assistant professor will be resposible for conducting didactic classes (lectures, exercises, projects, laboratories) in the field of informatics in Polish and English for full-time and part-time studies, developing didactic materials for selected subjects and contributing to their scope and essentials, participation in didactic conferences and events, co-organisation of such events, involvement in didactic projects conducted at the Faculty of ETI, and organisational work for the Department and Faculty.
We expect PhD degree in computer science / informatics or related field, knowledge of broadly understood software engineering, databases and data analysis, practical knowledge of SQL language, UML modelling, database and data warehouse design and implementation, software engineering, good knowledge of Polish and English in speech and writing - at least C1 level (including knowledge of technical language), good teamwork, diligence, conscientiousness, and availability. Skills and experience in delivering online courses would be an additional benefit.
