announces a competition for the post of

Assistant Professor (ADIUNKT)

in the research and teaching staff

at the Department of Mechanics and Machine Design Fundamentals

Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science

at Częstochowa University of Technology

Candidates who enter the competition are expected to meet the conditions defined in the act of 20.07.2018, Law on Higher Education and Science, (announced in the register Dz. U., item 85 of 2020, with subsequent amendments, the Statute of Częstochowa University of Technology as well as detailed requirements determined by the selection board of a given unit.

Conditions for entering the competition

Candidates for this position are expected to have:

A PhD degree in technological sciences in the discipline of Machine Design and Maintenance or a PhD degree in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering (obtained from 2017 till now).

Publications in peer-review scientific journals related to the modelling.

Publications (in the last 5 years) related to the analysis of the motion of the load carried by transporting machines are welcome.

A record of publications including at least five publications in journals with Impact Factor.

Experience in conducting didactic classes at the university in the last 5 years.

Knowledge of the use of CAD software at the advanced level (supported by appropriate certificates).

Knowledge of 3D scanning and 3D printing techniques documented by publications or appropriate certificates.

Experience in organizing scientific conferences.

Experience in the promotional activities of the university.

Excellent knowledge of Polish (information for foreigners) and English.

A declaration of publications in the scientific disciplines of Mechanical Engineering (50%) and Information and Communication Technology (50%).

A recommendation letter by an academic holding a DSc or ProfTit degree.

Willingness to work at the Częstochowa University of Technology as the primary full-time workplace.

The purpose and legal basis of processing

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of recruitment proceedings.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 221 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code in conjunction with Article 6(1)(c) of the RODO.

The provision of other data within the scope not arising from Article 221 of the Labour Code will be treated as consent to the processing of such personal data. Giving consent in this case is voluntary, and the consent so given can be revoked at any time.

If the documents provided by you include the data referred to in Article 9(1) of the RODO, your consent to their processing will be required, which can be revoked at any time.

Recipients of personal data

Information about the requirement to provide data

Providing personal data by you in the scope resulting from Article 221 of the Labour Code is necessary in order to participate in the recruitment procedure. Providing other data is voluntary.
