Offer Description
The beneficiary of the competition will participate in work related to the preparation, functionalisation and characterisation of carbon nanostructures used as components of electrochemical sensors and fillers of polymer nanocomposites. This work is carried out in the Laboratory of Carbon and Polymer-Carbon Materials.

Skills/Qualifications
- Completed master degree in chemical sciences or engineering and technical
- Experimental experience in the preparation and functionalization of carbon and graphene materials and polymer nanocomposites,
- Ability to plan and carry out work in the laboratory and to develop and interpret the results obtained,
- Knowledge of the basics of spectroscopic (Raman, FTIR, XRF), microscopic (SEM), X-ray phase analysis (XRD) and thermal analysis (DSC, TGA) techniques and their use in determining the structure and properties of carbon nanomaterials,
- Strong motivation for scientific work,
- Knowledge of the English language to the extent that it is possible to use scientific literature freely and to present research results
