2. Required documents:

a) an application for employment addressed to the Rector of PUZ in Suwałki along with consent to the processing of personal data,

b) CV with detailed information on the employment history to date,

c) questionnaire for the job applicant (form attached),

d) copies of documents confirming education and qualifications. If the professional title, academic degree or academic title has been obtained abroad - copies of documents with a translation into Polish made by a sworn translator,

e) list of publications,

f) documents confirming professional experience gained outside the university related to the fields and disciplines listed in point 1,

g) a declaration of compliance with the requirements, in accordance with Art. 113 of the Act of July 20, 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science,

h) a statement that the PUZ in Suwałki will be the primary place of work within the meaning of the Act (Article 120 of the Act of July 20, 2018 - Law on Higher Education and Science),

i) consent to the processing of personal data contained in the application documents for the purposes of the recruitment procedure in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (Journal of Laws No. 119/1, 4/5/2016) - forms attached (ie GDPR information obligation and GDPR statement for a candidate for a job).

The documents listed in point a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, and should be signed by the candidate.

The person selected in the competition will be employed as an assistant for a fixed / a permanent period on a full-time basis.
