Assistant - temporary contract 01.10.2021-30.09.2025

It is expected that the candidate should possess well-documented experience within at least one or more research areas of the Institute. These are:

iterated function systems, ergodic theory, limit theorems.

 

Documented experience in teaching is required.

Excellent knowledge of both Polish and English is required.

Specific Requirements

The applicant should submit his or her application for employment addressed to His Magnificence Rector of the University of Gdańsk, attaching the following documents:

 

a scientific CV including list of publications, description of the didactic achievements

a personal questionnaire for the applicant for employment (available on the University of Gdańsk website: http://ug.edu.pl/pracownicy/strony_jednostek/dzial_kadr )

a copy of the Master diploma of mathematic,

a declaration on candidate’s ability to start teaching and lecturing) courses both in Polish and English

a recommendation letter sent to [email protected]

declarations:

• that the applicant meets the requirements of Art. 113 and Art. 116 of the Law on Higher Education and Science dated 20 July 2018 (Dz. U. – Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1668)
• the applicant gives his or her consent to the University of Gdańsk to process my personal data for the purpose of the recruitment process
• that the University of Gdańsk will be the applicant’s main place of employment
