assistant lecturer in the group of teaching staff

A candidate who has been employed as assistant lecturer in the group of teaching staff will be responsible for conducting teaching sessions in mathematical methods for structural engineering, structural mechanics, reliability, complex metal structures, structural stability and dynamics, computer aided design of metal structures and optimization.

Candidates should be predisposed to perform teaching and research tasks, have several years of experience in conducting research in addition to lab experience in the field of numerical methods in structural engineering, reliability and particularly in deterministic and robust optimization. Documented academic achievements must include a minimum of five publications, with at least 3 in journals indexed by the Web of Science. Construction work experience is also required.

All candidates must have demonstrable skills in written and spoken English (and Polish in case of foreigners).

- a proof of work placement in the construction industry,
