A person who applies for the post has to satisfy the requirements specified of the Law on Higher Education (Official Journal of Laws, 2020.85, art. 119).
The candidate should:
- hold a Master’s degree in economics in the field of social sciences in economics or management,
- hold a doctorate in management or economics or Master degree,
- have a record of scientific and didactic achievements,
- have at least two semesters experience in teaching at academic level related to marketing; principles of managements; management of business development; strategic and innovation management; human resources management,
- speak Polish fluently and have interpersonal skills in English.
