- completed second-cycle studies with at least a good grade in engineering sciences in the discipline of Computer Science and Telecommunications or related disciplines
- obtained professional title or equivalent
- good communication skill in English and Polish
- teaching skills
- readiness to take up scientific work
- skills in programming and operating application and engineering programs
- basic skills in operating electronic control and measurement equipment
- industry professional certificates are an additional asset.
