14. DESCRIPTION: The candidate is expected to have research experience in mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering, documented by publications in the last four years. Knowledge of CAD, CAE ANSYS, ANSYS FLUENT, 3D Slicer software is required. Teaching experience in science will be an additional advantage.

 

 

Candidates for the above position should meet the following requirements:

•    have higher technical education - graduated higher education studies (first and second cycle or uniform master's degree with a master's degree in engineering) in the field of medical engineering or mechanics and machine construction or another related field,

• to fulfill requirements as described in the regulation dated 20th of July 2018 Higher Education and Science (Regulations from 2023, position 742 with changes) and Rzeszow University of Technology Statute dated 27th of June 2019 (i.e. Regulation dated 27th of April 2023),

• have documented research experience in mechanical engineering or biomedical engineering,

• have active knowledge of software and applications supporting research procedures (e.g. CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS, ANSYS FLUENT, GIMP, 3D Slicer, others),

• have knowledge of MS Windows and/or Linux operating systems,

• have experience in conducting classes in the field of biomechanics, animation and 3D visualization,

• have good or higher knowledge of English.

Your personal data shall be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process for an employee post at the Rzeszow University of Technology. All data that is mandatory (and stipulated by the Labour Code on 26 June 1974 – Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917) shall be processed in accordance with Article 6, Section 1, letter b[1] of the regulation and other data provided by you shall be processed in accordance with Article 6, Section 1, letter a[2] of the regulation.
