Only those who meet the requirements set out in Article 113 and 116 (1,2) of Higher Education and Science Act of 20 July, 2018 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws, 2021, item 478, as amended) as well as in Article 166 of Jagiellonian University Charter and the following eligibility criteria may enter the competition, among other things:
- holding at least the professional title of medical doctor,
- having a predisposition to research work,
- preparation for conducting didactic work.
