Skills/Qualifications

 

Eligibility criteria

1. Active license to the practice as a physician;

2. Specialization in hematology  or a training (fellowship/specialization) in hematology in progress;

3. PhD degree ;

4. Documented scientific achievements, preferably  in the field of hematology;


5. Fluency in English.
Specific Requirements
Required documents:
1. Motivation letter;
2. CV including publication list, research and other achievements;
3. Personal questionnaire;
4. List of published full-text papers and congress reports of the last 5 years, according to the attachment number 1;
5. Copy of the diploma in medicine;
6. Copy of the document confirming license to practice medicine;
7. Copy of the document confirming specialization in hematology (or commenced fellowship/specialization In hematology)
8. Copy of the PhD diploma;
9. Copy of other relevant documents (e.g. Certificate of fluency in English, courses etc.);
10. Signed the following statement about personal data.
