Vacancy for assistant in the Department of Machine Design and Maintenance, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics, AGH University of Krakow, discipline: Mechanical Engineering.

 

Conducting classes including the following courses: Engineering Drawing and Sketching, Fundamentals of Machine Design, Tibology,

Candidate should fulfil requirements specified by Act from 20 July 2018 yr – Law on Higher Education and Science (Dz. U. z 2023 r. poz. 742 z późn. zm.).
Specific Requirements

Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering,

scientific achievements in the field of mechanical engineering, rheology and magnetorheological fluids,

minimum of three publications in the topic of magnetorheological fluids in the discipline of mechanical engineering published in a journal from the ministerial list,

active participation in international conferences and symposia in the field of mechanical engineering,

knowledge of CAD software, e.g. Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks or Autodesk AutoCAD,

knowledge of MATLAB and FEMM software,

proficiency in the use of a rheometer and RheoCompass or Rheoplus software,

participation in a research project of at least national level,

documented participation in specialised courses on magnetomechanics

documented completion of Nature Masterclasses in Scientific Writing and Publishing, and Managing Research Data.

documented fluency in English of at least B2 level,

teaching qualification at an academic level, evidenced by a Certificate of Teaching Development Course or certification of equivalent qualification

documented courses to enhance teaching competences.
