Dean of Faculty of Law and Economics of Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa announces the competition for the position of an assistant (full time); in the research and teaching group, in the discipline of economics and finance (economics) at the Faculty of Law and Economics of Jan Dlugosz University in Częstochowa.

Skills/Qualifications

All candidates must meet the requirements set forth in  Article 113 points 1 and 2 of the Law of July 20, 2018 - Law of Higher Education and Sciences.

All candidates must:

• have at least Master degree,
• have scientific achievements contributing to the development of the field of economics, in particular scientific publications, including articles in national and international journals 
• have experience in didactic work at a higher education institution
• language competences: excellent command of Polish and English language (at the level required for performance of teaching activities in those languages)

Experience that will be additionally rewarded

• scientific publications in the field of quality management
• Scientific publications planned to be published and affiliated in Jan Dlugosz University
• applications for external funding of research projects
• organisational achievements, in particular of international character

The offered position requires availability to perform teaching activities at any week day (including weekends) from 8:00 am until 8:15 pm.

Rector of the Jan Długosz University reserves the right to lower the requirements, in justified cases, taking into consideration candidate's qualifications that are valuable for the development of the represented discipline and necessary for realisation of scientific and didactic policy of the University.

• application to the Rector;
• personal questionnaire, in case of first-time employment (template in attachment no. 3)
• copy of higher education diploma;
• information on scientific, didactic and organizational achievements in the represented discipline (template in attachment no. 4);
• declaration on the scientific discipline (template in attachment no. 6)
• declaration concerning the N-number (template in attachment no. 7)
• declaration of no disciplinary penalty, full legal capacity, excercise of full public rights as well as declaration of no criminal record (template in attachment no. 8);
• declaration expressing consent to the processing  of personal data for the purposes of the recruitment process (template in attachment no. 9).

Jan Dlugosz University reserves the right to withdraw from the settlement of the competition without giving a reason.

The result of the competition is not tantamount to candidate's employment, but is the recommendation to the Rector. The final decision is taken by the Rector.
