Competition for the position of an ASSISTANT at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow in the group of research and teaching staff at the Institute of Public Affairs at the Faculty of Management and Social Communication in the field of social sciences, in the discipline of management and quality science.
Candidates for the position should:
- at least 2 years of highly rated experience in conducting teaching classes in the field of management, contemporary trends in public management, philosophy, cross-cultural management, leadership in organizations, educational leadership
- knowledge of English at least B2 level
- documented competences and experience in using various research methods and qualitative analyses, including the use of the MAXQDA computer program
- scientific achievements in the field of public sector institutions, accessibility and challenges of the modern world, documented by scientific publications, participation in research projects and/or other scientific/research activities that can be confirmed
- at least 2 years of experience in mentoring for students
- participation in national and/or international research projects regarding the public sector and the challenges of the modern world
