The Jagiellonian University in Kraków invites applicants for Assistant at the Institute of Culture, Faculty of Management and Social Communication.
The competition is open to persons who meet the conditions and the following qualification criteria:
- documented scientific achievements in the above-mentioned scope (publications, participation in conferences, research internships)
- participation in national international research projects,
- experience in conducting scientific research.
- teaching experience min. 4 years
- knowledge in the following topics: leadership theories and management, research methodology in management, interdisciplinary research on leadership, the concept of social diversity in management
