The Graphene and Composite Research Group (B3) develop new materials and devices based on the technology of epitaxial graphene, flake graphene, silicon carbide, gallium nitride, as well as nanostructures and composites. Group conducts research and projects financed from domestic and foreign sources. B3 is open to cooperate research for diplomas, doctoral and commercial services.
Area Leader for Nanomaterials and Graphene:
- Conducting basic research, application research and compliant development work with the activities of the Research Group
- Development of research results, preparation of reports;
- Publishing in journals of the Scopus base, including those on the TOP10;
- Following the research literature related to B3 Group;
- Preparation applications for funding research projects (domestic and international);
- Supervision over members of project teams and young scientists;
- Stimulating new research and development works related to the subject of the Research Group.
