Offer Description

Requirements:

1) Holding a doctoral degree in the discipline of management and quality science, or economics and finance.

2) Possession of publication achievements in the discipline of management and quality science in highly rated journals (from the list of scientific journals and reviewed materials from international conferences, and in reviewed scientific monographs published by publishing houses from the ministerial list). The assessment of the achievements will be made on the basis of the current (on the date of the competition) list of these journals and publishing houses.

3) Having teaching experience related to publications in the field of:

-management, in particular, e-commerce and internet marketing, marketing innovations, marketing strategies on international markets, marketing technologies, sales and promotion strategies, marketing indicators, the use of information technologies in management.

- logistics, in particular innovations in transport, logistics centers, logistics networks, logistics strategies, transport fleet management, city logistics, TSL industry, the use of ICT in logistics.

4) Knowledge of English at a level that allows conducting classes.

5) Ability to conduct classes using ICT tools.

6) The condition of employment is declaring work at the UJK as the main place of work and 100% participation in management and quality sciences.
