announces hereby a competition for the full-time position
of adiunkt badawczo-dydaktyczny
at the Department of Urology
Faculty of Medical Science in Katowice.

Admitted to the competition may be a candidate who meets requirements specified in article 113 of the Academic Education Act of the 20th July, 2018 (JO 2022, item 574, as amended)

Skills/Qualifications
Eligibility requirements:
-diploma of medical practitioner,
-medical practitioner’s license,
-doctoral degree in medical sciences,
-specialization degree urology,
-first author in at least two original publications published in journals or publishing houses included in the lists of the Minister of Higher Education,
-author or co-author of scientific publications published in the last two years for which a total of at least 140 points was obtained. ministerial, according to the year of their issue and a total IF of at least 10,
- at least 3 years of professional experience in didactic work with students, organizational experience
-at least 3 years of professional experience in urology department
-command of English at a communicative level,
-knowledge of the Polish language in speech and writing is required in the case of foreign nationals,

The Medical University of Silesia will contact only the selected candidates.
The Medical University of Silesia holds the right to terminate the competition proceedings with no reason given.
Winning of the competition is not equivalent to the employment offer; it is a recommendation for the Rector in this respect.
The final decision about employment is made by the Rector.
Information about the competition result will be announced on the website: https://bip.sum.edu.pl on of the Public Information Bulletin of the Medical University of Silesia and the minister competent for the issues of higher education, within 30 days after termination of the procedures (as per art. 119 item of the Higher Education and Science Act (JO 2021 item 478 as amended).
