New position as Program Manager at BI-Tsinghua Education Programme for Entrepreneurs.

In 2017, and together with Tsinghua University in Beijing, BI Norwegian Business School established a new educational program for entrepreneurs.

The program, which is designed to meet the needs for high tech start-ups, aims to develop the students and companies’ ability to innovate, grow and internationalise. We focus on linking their corporate strategy with their innovation need. To run the programme, BI Norwegian Business School and Tsinghua University have jointly established a programme office at Dongshen Science and Technology Park in Beijing.

BI’s Programme Manager will jointly, together with Tsinghua University’s Program Manager, be responsible for the administration of the programme and ensure that BI’s interest and quality requirements are cared for.


  • Administration and quality control of BI-Tsinghua Education Programme
  • Ensure high quality execution of the programme’s activities, and cater for the academics from BI traveling to China to teach and lecturer.
  • Contribute to Tsinghua’s marketing of BI in China together with the office in Shanghai.
  • Run the program office and lead the staff to reach the programme’s KPIs.
  • Ensure that BI’s requirements to student and teaching administration is met.
  • Follow up business development progresses.


  • University degree, preferably within fields relevant for the job
  • 2 years working experience, minimum
  • English: Professional Working Proficiency
  • Chinese: Limited Professional Proficiency
  • Knowledge of Chinese business culture is recommended
  • Collaborative, flexible and positive attitude.
  • Creativity and ability to take initiatives
