The candidate will work on a project studying how genetic variation impacts on adaptive immune responses that are involved in autoimmune disorders with a specific focus on celiac disease. The work of the candidate will involve repertoire sequencing of adaptive immune receptors, typing of single nucleotide polymorphisms and expression quantitative trait loci (eQTL) analysis.

The project is undertaken in the research group of Professor Ludvig M. Sollid at the KG Jebsen Centre for Coeliac Disease Research.
