The Content Creation Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of social media content that brings WIPCE 2025 Conference brand to life. This role coordinates and oversees various digital activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives.

This position will also play a key role in supporting the team administratively for all incoming emails and calls regarding inquiries, issues, or requests related to the WIPCE 2025 to ensure and provide efficient and professional customer service by listening attentively to customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or assistance relating to the WIPCE 2025 conference.

  • Fixed Term Position until January 2026

About the role

  • Supports the management of WIPCE Content material for digital and social media  platforms
  • Manages the deployment of digital and social campaigns by ensuring content deadlines are met and providing regular campaign reporting.
  • Responsible for all incoming emails and calls regarding inquiries, issues, or requests related to the WIPCE 2025
  • Provides efficient and professional customer service as key contact for WIPCE Conference Team

Skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a business or communications-related subject).
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a grasp of digital platforms, analytics tools, and search engine optimisation.
  • A sound understanding of online platforms and how digital advertising works.
  • An understanding of social media and marketing automation.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • The ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with diverse customer needs and personalities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools and platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for social media and staying up to date with industry trends.

Salary Range: $56,500 - $75,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
