We are Toitū Envirocare (Enviro-Mark Solutions Limited), and chances are you've already interacted with our brands — Toitū carbonzero, Toitū carbonreduce, or Enviro-Mark. You may have enjoyed carbonzero certified Yealands Wine or Steinlager beer, eaten Enviro-Mark Certified Abe's Bagels or used carbonzero certified ecotricity electricity, cleaned using Enviro-Mark Certified Eco Store products or at least know friends or family who have. You may have wondered at times how organisations like Kathmandu, The Warehouse Group, Canterbury University and Westpac manage their carbon emissions. The short answer is, it's our people. We are proudly New Zealand's leading carbon reduction solution; however, our work isn't done yet! We have recently secured substantial funding to accelerate our transformation into a digital-first business, to enable us to play a crucial role in ensuring every organisation in Aotearoa New Zealand knows their carbon emissions and is executing against an ambitious reduction plan to help us achieve our net zero by 2050 target.
Intrigued?
We are looking for a deeply experienced transformation programme director to shape and lead our strategic transformation as we develop and grow our organisation to meet the future market needs and become a digital-first business. This is a three-year fixed term position based in Auckland.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Owning and driving the strategic transformation programme
- Leading Toitū's business planning and prioritisation
- Delivering the planned outcomes and benefits from our transformation
- Building a culture of positive change
- Ensuring strong and effective governance of the change programme
- Embedding effective ways of working across the organisation
About You
You will be the sort of person who has delivered successful large-scale transformation programmes. You will be excited about the opportunity to apply your skills and expertise in a B-Corp, delivering change for good. Ideally you will have a track record of setting up and delivering complex digital-first transformation programmes, building an effective team, and mobilising an organisation to achieve an ambitious vision.
You may be required to travel from time to time to support the activities of Toitū Envirocare. While flexibility is a key part of the Toitū way of working attendance at the Auckland office may be required on a regular basis.
A fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a busy team making a difference to New Zealand.
