Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly competent Tautāwhi | Administrator to work alongside an dynamic team in UC's Business School, and provide professional, proactive and confidential administrative support services for the MBA Programme. Responsibilities include day-to-day administrative support, preparing and processing correspondence, coordinating academic programmes, maintaining information management systems, coordinating events, courses and meetings.

The Business School provides a positive challenge for an administrator wanting to work in a vibrant and progressive environment.

To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience in an education-related or business environment with a strong customer service focus, as well as:

  • experience coordinating courses, workshops and events and general office organisation
  • a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • a positive can-do attitude, with energy, drive and initiative
  • excellent intrapersonal skills to carry out duties such as front of house reception greeting students and staff
  • proven experience and commitment to enhancing cultural awareness and competence.
