Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
Provide administrative support for the Pou Tuatahi | University Librarian, Pou Tuarua | Associate University Librarians and other managers to enable the smooth, efficient and timely operation of the Library.
The role facilitates and supports the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of specific Library projects and practices.
The role supports tiakitanga by acting as a check and balance for the Library's compliance with institutionally required finance and records management processes.
Mōu | Who You Are
You have significant administrative experience and have experience working in a tertiary or Library environment.
As you are critical to the development and maintenance of excellent relationships, and you enjoy building effective working relationships with a diverse range of people.
Being the only administrator for the leadership team, you will have the ability to work independently and manage a range of different demands.
Mahi Ngātahi | Who You Will Work With
You will work with our supportive Library leadership team.
You will work with a team who are passionate about making a difference for student and staff learning, teaching and research. The team delivers on-campus and online library engagement services and oversees library learning spaces for the student community.
