Position Overview

Student Support Liaison Adviser – Service Expert

Be the moment when real people matter in this front-facing service role. The Student Support Liaison Adviser is often the first-person students meet on our Albany Auckland Campus. We need a real people person who can quickly engage and identify students’ needs in real time. Students will come to you with requests for information and support, utilising expert interpersonal skills your job will be to connect and recognise where students may need specialised advice or services beyond their initial inquiry.

It is advantageous if you understand the student experience and the role of tertiary education in Aotearoa New Zealand. Technical skills in Office 365 products, database systems, and financial transactions are a bonus.
