Are you a natural connector with a knack for sales and relationship-building? Join our Student Liaison team and inspire future students to choose Lincoln University!

You’ll visit schools, attend events, and engage with communities, employers, and students to showcase our unique study opportunities across the land-based sector.

This is a highly relationship-focused role where you'll represent Lincoln University in schools, communities and at events, helping to grow awareness of our programmes and strengthen engagement with Māori and Pasifika learners.

Mahi & Wāhi / Utu | Work pattern, location & salary

This permanent role is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE). The starting salary is fixed at $81,000 per annum.

Kā tino Pūkeka/Whēako | Essential skills/experience for the role

You will bring:

• At least three years' experience in relationship management, sales, advisory or a similar customer-focused role.
• Confidence presenting to and engaging with a wide range of audiences.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Excellent organisational skills, initiative and problem-solving ability, with the resilience to manage competing priorities.
• A full, clean New Zealand Driver's Licence and the flexibility to travel extensively (approximately 12 weeks per year), including occasional evening and weekend work.
• Competency in te reo Māori me ōna tikanga would be an advantage.
