A vacancy has recently become available in our city campus Student Hub team until April 2018. We are looking for a remarkable person who has energy and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service to students and visitors. Student Hub Advisors are professional customer experience staff who are dedicated to providing the very best level of service.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • deliver a high quality, professional service with a culture of customer care
  • be passionate about supporting students to achieve success
  • deliver innovation and be solution-focused when faced with challenges
  • hold a high standard of verbal and written communication skills
  • have strong technology skills
  • be energetic, curious and motivated
  • be agile and responsive
  • foster strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including students, parents, faculty and other department staff across the university

Flexibility to assist all Student Hubs where necessary will be required (City based contact centre, North & South Campus').
