Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The Head Strength and Conditioning Coach will support the delivery and programming of strength and conditioning services to the Sport Academy. The Academy comprises specific UC Sport Club Teams along with other internal and external teams and individuals as space permits. As the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach you will also take part in the mentoring of UC Sport Coaching interns and casual kaimahi.

Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 3 year's relevant industry experience:

  • In the development and implementation of sport programmes in an education setting
  • Working with high performance athletes, at either a secondary or tertiary level
  • Working with teams at a school, club or high-performance level
  • In writing and delivering strength and conditioning programmes

You will ideally hold a current Full-NZ Drivers Licence, First Aid Certificate and have strong interpersonal skills.
