Position Overview

Te Kūnenga ki Pūrehuroa (Massey University) Strategy Enablement and Delivery Office provides quality strategic institutional research and effective analysis to support the University’s planning and strategy processes. 

We are looking for a team player with great interpersonal skills and who loves data! You’ll be an expert in handling data and be able to interpret, analyse and present results simply and clearly.

In this permanent part-time role (10 hours per week), you will provide data and analysis to support key University strategic initiatives. This includes initiatives which focus on improving the success of key priority learner groups at Massey University. Our Office also supplies statistics for key university reporting purposes and provides data for external benchmarking.

An undergraduate degree level tertiary qualification is essential, preferably in statistics or data analysis with a postgraduate qualification in this area is desirable.  We are looking for an individual who can provide us with technically sound analysis using statistical tools. You will have several years’ experience in data, business or statistical analysis, data management or business intelligence. A background in the tertiary education sector, working with associated systems and processes is desirable but not necessary.
