Position Overview

As the Staff Recruitment Talent and Marketing Resourcer, you will be responsible for supporting the Staff Recruitment Team to manage our advertising flow, coordinate our vacancy marketing and use all channels both domestic and internationally.  You will be proficient using various platforms including digital, direct, social, and web to build candidate pipelines and coordinate content creation and marketing.

Key Responsibility areas

  • Staff recruitment and candidate sourcing and process support
  • Marketing and digital promotion and Information capture and reporting
  • First point of contact and client driven excellence in customer service

  • Ideally you will have completed your degree in either Business and/or Marketing and Communication with a passion for modern HR practise.
  • You will be looking for a role that will allow you to learn the ropes but once done, you can take charge and make it your own.
  • You will have an excellent eye for detail and be able to quickly identify potential areas for improvement.
  • You like data, measurement, and analytics to help inform marketing and search activity.
  • You enjoy being a member of a high preforming team but can work autonomously and manage multiple tasks.
  • You will have knowledge of Te Ao Māori and be aligned with Massey Universities commitment to Te Tiriti

This role ideally suits someone who has either just completed their degree or is looking to extend their marketing and/or recruitment exposure and wants to jump into a hands-on role, share their ideas, get involved.
