An exciting opportunity has become available for a person to join the Academic Quality Office (AQO) at AUT.

We are looking for an individual with the right mix of skills and experience in tertiary education to work with academic and professional leaders in faculties to support excellence in academic programme development and renewal.
The Senior Curriculum Advisor will lead AQO's work with Faculty Registrars and programme developers to enhance capability and excellence in programme development. The role will support the University's new Programme Approval and Review Community of Practice, working with the academic convenor to build membership and meet objectives. The Senior Curriculum Advisor will also lead ongoing improvement to curriculum management and contribute to academic planning processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 6+ years' experience working in a complex or senior role in a higher education setting
- High-level communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with academic quality assurance in New Zealand tertiary settings and knowledge of academic programme structures and processes.
- Data literacy and an understanding of the information required in a large organisation to support and monitor complex processes.

Salary Range:
Band D: $81,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
