Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As a Senior Business Analyst you are both a team player and coach.  You will elicit, analyse, specify, and validate the business needs of project stakeholders, whether they are customers or end users.

You will support the Product Managers/Directors in developing achievable product roadmaps, prepare quality analysis, modelling, requirements and other materials that can be used by build teams to implement solutions. As well as providing ongoing guidance and steering to delivery teams during implementation and deployment you will provide input to delivery and planning activities such as project and sprint planning, and delivery estimation.

 

Mōu | Who You Are
You will be able to demonstrate proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and ensure that project deliverable are met according to specifications. You will also have:

  • Considerable business analyst experience in a commercial or private sector IT environment
  • Strong technical experience and the ability to engage and lead technical teams
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis, data modelling and analysis, system/process analysis and user journey mapping.
  • Proven experience in delivering digital solutions
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining business rule / policy
  • Experience gathering artifices for procurement and business cases
  • Strong experience in facilitating large meetings, workshops and presentations with senior stakeholders
  • Experience actively leading, coaching and mentoring other BA's, including intern/graduates
  • Familiarity with Agile and lean delivery methodologies for development and delivery
