Te āheinga: The opportunity

As a Senior Administrator in our Enrolment Processing team, you will coordinate and complete the necessary administrative tasks to achieve a seamless process for a student to be enrolled or re-enrolled. You'll be working closely with the Enrolment team for both domestic and international students to identify and reduce any barriers that will impact on a student's enrolment process by keeping yourself updated with all programme information, policies, and regulations.  Along with this you'll support and administer all Academic Administration processes and be responsible for providing accurate information to our internal and external stakeholders. 

You'll be working within a close-knit team and will also work closely with other teams across Unitec, giving you plenty of opportunities to get to know the wider group.

To be successful in this position you'll have strong administrative skills, ideally with experience in a role that requires you to be a subject matter expert.  You'll be passionate about people and delivering a great service to our students. You'll have come from a position where it requires you to use a high level of attention to detail, think on your feet and problem solve under pressure in peak seasons.
