Te āheinga: The opportunity

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing administrative support in an educational setting? Look no further! We're seeking a School Administration Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our postgraduate programmes.

You'll be the go-to person for administrative tasks in the postgraduate programmes, ensuring the smooth operation of our programmes and contributing to the overall success of our academic initiatives.

He kōrero mōu: About you:

You'll have:

  • Demonstrated proven experience in coordination and administration - including the maintenance of accurate records, preparation and distribution of documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills - to support the organisation and execution of programme events and meetings, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Advanced skills in Office - including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills - a proven ability to deal with a wide range of people, including academic staff, service centres and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive problem-solving - the ability to identify issues before they arise and take initiatives to address them effectively.

This is a part time role working 22.5 hours a week through to December 13, 2024.
