Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
In this customer facing role you will manage incoming correspondence and documents, manage clinical service delivery efficiently, including maintain waiting lists, appointments, and triaging patients.
Maintain Clinic Directors' diaries, schedule meetings, and act as minute secretary as required. You will ensure that the day-to-day financial transactions are processed smoothly.
Provide project management support in terms of new initiatives and direction of the Rose Centre. You will liaise with key stakeholders, maintain content (Annual Report, monthly newsletter, website) and manage key events.
Mōu | Who You Are
You have significant administration experience in a large organisation with some background in a health-related role. You have experience organising events, maintaining websites, minute taking, and understand financial processes.
You are full of initiative, enjoy problem solving, are self-driven, and want to contribute to an important organisation.

The Rose Centre for Stroke Recovery and Research is a state of the art facility at St Georges Medical Centre that helps individuals with swallowing and communication disorders recover function or improve sufficiently to gain the best possible quality of life.
