A position for a Research Fellow/Senior Research Fellow in Biostatistics has arisen within the Faculty of Health and Environmental Sciences at AUT's North Shore campus.

The Faculty Research Office provides collaborative support to Faculty researchers and postgraduate students. The position for a Research Fellow has been created to support research initiatives across the Faculty and meet the growing demand for biostatistical collaboration in this academic setting. This collaboration involves providing timely and expert advice and support on research design, methodology, and statistical analysis. There are opportunities to lead research projects and/or the methodological and biostatistical components. The projects can be descriptive, observational, or experimental, and belong mainly but not exclusively to the fields of human health, sports science, and environmental sciences.

The Research Fellow position requires a candidate with PhD level qualifications in biostatistics, or equivalent background and quantitative research experience. This is a 12-month fixed term position.
