Relief Senior Chef de Partie

A position is available for a full-time role for a senior Chef de Partie for AUT University Commercial Services to work across a variety of our operations. We need a chef with passion and drive to produce a range of amazing food for our AUT commercial services kitchens operation alongside our skilled team of professional chefs. This role will report directly to the Group Executive Chef. AUT Commercial Services operates a variety of food and beverage outlets across four campuses as well as delivering multiple conferences and events on and off site through AUT Events.

This role you will be filling for any of the team that is away on annual leave, sick or if the kitchen is busy you could be working 5 different exciting kitchens in one week

You need a full driver's license and vehicle to get to all of our sites, from Papakura South Auckland to Mairangi Bay North Auckland.

AUT is a great place to work and offers career advancement across our Commercial Services Division. You must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a hotel, catering, or production kitchen.

You will also need a great attitude and be flexible with hours to meet the demands of a 7-day kitchen operation.

You must be eligible to work in New Zealand to be considered for this role.

Salary Range: $63,000 - $66,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
