Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

As Recruitment Activities Coordinator you will plan, coordinate and deliver creative and innovative student recruitment events and engagement activities for key stakeholder groups and individuals for the purpose of student recruitment. You will be responsible for the delivery of a programme of events and tours that showcase UC and the UC student experience - taking the lead on all aspects of event management: from design, to planning and coordination. You will be a well-organised multi-tasker who liaises with internal stakeholders to identify event objectives and enhance attendee experience. Working side-by-side with UC's Future Student Advisors, you will also co-ordinate a cohort of student ambassadors to help deliver enlightening tours and events that showcase what UC has to offer.

Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience, along with

  • Experience in stakeholder consultation and engagement
  • Event management or Coordination experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Project management experience
  • Working knowledge of basic marketing principles
  • Excellent customer services and communications skills
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading and speaking
  • Possess computer literacy in the Microsoft Office package and in utilising project management software.
