Position Overview

Research at Te Kūnenga ki Pūrehuroa Massey University includes discovery, innovation, and commercialisation: we value scholarship, the production of creative works and professional and clinical practice.
Our Research Enhancement and Development Initiative (REaDI) project is seeking an experience coordinator with the proven ability to coordinate and oversee the delivery of projects through to completion to join the team.
As the successful candidate you will have demonstrated success building solid working relationship with stakeholders and have a proven track record that demonstrates the ability to coordinate and support projects through to completion. You will need to be organised and solution focused, demonstrate high levels of initiative, and be an effective writer and presenter. You will be well versed in project and process disciplines and can perform a range of tasks under competing demands with minimal supervision. Excellent skills in engagement, management and communication will serve you well in this role.
Located on our beautiful Manawatū Campus, Palmerston North, this is a fixed-term (2 years) role of 37.5 hours per week, through to December 2024. The position sits within a broader established and talented team maintaining the systems that support research activities across the University.

Ideally you will be based at our Palmerston North campus working alongside our PBRF Expert. Working from our Wellington or Auckland campuses may be negotiated for the right candidate.
