The University Services portfolio is responsible for leading Estates Management across the University.

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to join our Transformation Team (as part of Estates) on the Manawatū Campus, in Palmerston North.  This role is focused on space utilisation, decanting spaces, fitout, relocations, disposals and associated minor works projects.

This role plays an important part in a team dedicated to delivering activity related to our accelerated transformation initiatives.
You will have exceptional planning, organization and communication skills. The ability to coach and influence internal and external stakeholders, and build constructive working relationships will be fundamental to this role.

You’ll bring with you:
•    Experience in managing property/minor capital projects.
•    A proven track record that demonstrates your ability to manage a wide range of projects of varying size.
•    Demonstrated ability to act as the project’s ‘client representative’.
•    The ability to maintain focus on critical work standards and high expectations.
•    Formal professional or trade qualification.
