The School of Sport and Recreation are seeking a Programmes Administration Manager to provide high level administrative support and coordination of the day-to-day academic administrative systems and processes relating to student enrolments, recruitment and administration within the School. The position will manage our team of Programme Coordinators and will provide quality assurance and efficiency across our processes to ensure students are well supported and receive a high-quality learning experience from their first connection with us.

To be successful, you will have highly developed interpersonal skills and must demonstrate effective leadership, communication, customer service and relationship management skills alongside highly developed administration skills and data reporting and analysis ability. An analytical approach and an excellent understanding of database software and systems and spreadsheets is expected to analyse trends and offer insights that will help form the School strategies relating to student retention, recruitment and performance. An innate ability to use initiative to continually improve and enhance systems and processes to support student and academic administrative practices is essential to the role.

The position requires experience in educational administration, preferably in the tertiary sector, a willingness to work in a team environment, a cooperative and helpful attitude with staff and students, and a willingness to develop and learn new tasks as required.

Salary Range: $84,000 - $103,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
