About the role

In this role you will be responsible for leading programme operations, primarily ensuring that effective and efficient administrative systems and processes are in place to support student admission, enrolment, progression and completion. You will also ensure that academic quality assurance processes are adhered to and that programme operations align with University and Faculty policies, procedures and regulations. You will lead professional staff in the programme team and ensures the provision of excellent customer service to students as well as collegial and efficient liaison with academic and professional staff.

Skills and Experience

You will have at least 5 years management experience in a large complex organisation and you will also bring with you:

  • Experience in human resource management and leadership
  • An understanding of administration in tertiary education
  • Experience in operations management and project management
  • Experience in assisting and dealing with people at all levels with a variety of problems and queries
  • The ability to identify, analyse and solve operational and strategic problems

Salary Range: $84,984 - $103,387 (appointment level and salary commensurate with skills and experience)
