An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy medical centre! 

Reporting to the Medical Operations Manager this role is part of the service leadership, delivering the administration function across each of our campuses (Akoranga, Central City, and Manukau). You will be supporting the service with management of operations, including leadership of a small team, business planning, service promotion and education, and financial management.

Our three AUT Medical Centres deliver professional services offering integrated healthcare to students. Our administration team support multi-disciplinary clinical services delivering to a (largely) young adults demographic on a Monday to Friday basis.

To be successful in this role, you will;

  • Have experience leading a team in a medical environment
  • Be proficient with medical software - preferably MedTech 32/Evolution
  • Have had demonstrable experience with process design and implementation
  • Understand primary healthcare operations

Salary Range: $84,000 - $103,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
