The School of Clinical Sciences at AUT University seeks a full-time permanent Postgraduate and Research Co-ordinator.  This position provides high quality administrative support to the School and co-ordinates the Postgraduate research processes, systems, document management and administration support for honours, masters, doctoral students and PG supervisors.

The successful applicant in this role will have a broad understanding and experience of administrative processes, ideally in a tertiary and/or research environment.  They will be able to multi-task, handling multiple deadlines at one time, be able to work in a team yet also be self-motivated to work independently.  Strong O365 skills are also a requirement for this position.

  • Knowledge and understanding of postgraduate and research processes
  • Experience with management of budgets, financial reporting, meeting organisation

    Salary Range: $65,000 - $89,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
