The Role


In this project “The small scales call the shots: the effect of microinstabilities on collisionless cosmic fluids” you will join Dr Jonathan Squire as a Postdoctoral Fellow and assist in theoretical research to understand the dynamics of high-β weakly collisional plasmas. You will also assist in the development of graduate student skills and participate in Physics Department research group activities.


Your Skills and Experience


• Doctorate in physics or closely related field.

• Ideally, have experience in plasma physics theory and/or simulation.

• An interest in astro and space physics.
