In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Director of International to ensure an efficient and organised diary/work schedule. Duties will include monitoring, prioritising and sometimes replying to emails, arranging meetings, conducting research to aid decision making & filling out documentation related to departmental needs. The role is very broad and due to the nature of work in the international office, there will be plenty of variety! 

The role will be standard hours, Monday to Friday, based out of our modern offices in CBD.

Our Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Demonstratable organisational skills
  • Ability to be adaptable & able to prioritise work well
  • Computer literate with Office packages
  • Happy to commute to the CBD daily

Salary Range: $54,000 - $72,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
