The AUT Faculty of Business, Economics and Law is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join their student, business and community partnerships team.   

The Partnerships Coordinator assists the Director in the implementation of the Faculty's Partnerships Plan.  The Coordinator enhances the student co-curricular experience through marketing and events initiatives. Further, you will support the execution of key areas of the Faculty's strategic initiatives: diversity and inclusion, opportunities for Māori and Pacific, and employability for all.

The Partnerships Coordinator leads the student club portfolio for the Faculty, advising and supporting the executive teams on initiatives that strengthen the student and industry connection.  

The Partnerships Coordinator crafts compelling content for the AUT Business School LinkedIn page and student/partner newsletters.

The role can be busy, working to deadlines. With your proactive, professional and enthusiastic manner, you will independently manage a varied portfolio of responsibilities.

In particular, the successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a coordinator-level role supporting and managing various projects
  • Experience in marketing communications, creating social media posts, and article writing. Design experience is a bonus but not imperative.
  • Experience in facilitating events involving many stakeholders
  • Experience working within a tertiary environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with different stakeholders
  • A forward-thinking approach with a high level of attention to detail
  • Passion for creating and maintaining genuine and meaningful relationships that benefit the Faculty

Salary Range: $70,000 - $96,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
